The main objective of the assignment was to carry out a regional sector analysis value chain study with an in-depth focus on country specific cotton and textile sector in 3 pilot countries in East and Southern Africa and Ethiopia.the report was adopted by the CEHA Pan-African conference in Lusaka in Nov 2018 and forms the analytical basis for the development of CEHA Country Plans for the three countries.
